These Stress Ball Squishies are made by crocheting around a foam-filled stress ball, leaving a small opening that the stress ball can pop through. The backs of the eyes are melted down to prevent them from damaging the stress ball inside. For those purchasing the item for a child or for those concerned about the plastic eyes, there is also an option to embroider the eyes with yarn instead.
Stress Ball Squishy
Although these Stress Ball Squishies are made to be squeezed, it is highly recommended to avoid squeezing them unnecessarily hard as this may cause the stress ball inside to pop. This would be the case whether the stress ball was separate as well.
The stress balls I use for these have limited color options, so I am currently unable to offer a color choice for this part. I at the very least always make sure to pick a color that contrasts the yarn used.
